• Submitting 610 manual DMCA takedown notices (by her personal agent who reports impersonation accounts for account deletion and post removal).

What made you choose Rulta and how satisfied are you with our services?

I chose Rulta after a few of my friends in the industry suggested I try it out. I’m very satisfied with Rulta and their customer service is top tier.

Which of Rulta’s features have you benefited from? And how? 

I have thousands of fake accounts impersonating me and hundreds of new accounts being made daily. With Rulta, I am able to submit a list of fake profile links directly to their website and within a few days the accounts are taken down.

Do you have any suggestions for us? What can we improve on?

I don’t think I have any suggestions for Rulta to improve on. If anything, I would suggest that META pays more attention to the impersonation accounts and copyright infringement claims being sent to them on a daily basis. It’s a huge issue for sex workers and we want to feel heard.

How likely are you to recommend our services to others?

I’ve already recommended your service to a bunch of my friends in the industry.

On a scale of 1-10 I would rate Rulta a 9 on the value for money.

How would you rate us on efficiency? 

On a scale of 1-10 I would rate Rulta a 9 on efficiency. If META paid a little more attention to the copyright claims they receive & worked hand in hand with DMCA services like Rulta, it would be an easy 10.

How would you rate us on overall quality?

I would rate Rulta a 9 in overall quality.

Can you describe us in three words? How have we affected your life?

Three words I would use to describe Rulta would be: efficient, worthwhile and user-friendly.

How easy is it to navigate our website?

Rulta’s website is super user-friendly. The same day I signed up I was instantly able to understand the platform and how to navigate it. Even if you don’t understand it at first, the live customer service is way better than any other platform I've used.

What topics would you like to read more about on our blog?

I think if Rulta incorporated more articles on the struggles that sex workers and what we face daily in regards to copyright infringement and impersonation, that would be amazing.
