What the Content Safety Quiz Measures
The 15 questions fall into four areas. Each one is a place where creators lose money, and none of them require a lawyer to fix.

The Questions Creators Get Wrong Most Often
Backups outside the platform. If your only copy of a custom video lives inside a platform's message thread, you do not really own it. Accounts get locked, threads get purged, platforms shut down. Keep original files somewhere you control.
Collab agreements. Filming with another creator means two people hold rights to that clip. Without a signed agreement, takedowns stall, and so does the day one of you leaves the industry and wants everything pulled.
Watermarks with your current handle. Old watermarks are worse than none. They point buyers at a name you no longer use, and they make it harder to show a host that the account posting your work is not you.
Copyright registration. You own copyright the moment you hit record. Registering with the US Copyright Office is a separate step, and it is what unlocks statutory damages and attorney fees in a US lawsuit.
Music in paid videos. A licensed track in your PPV can get your own upload flagged or your account struck. Free-to-use or licensed audio only.

There are three outcomes, and they are based on how many of the yes-or-no questions you could not answer with a yes.

Nobody lands on "locked down" by accident, and almost nobody starts there. The result is a snapshot of today, not a verdict.

That last row is the one creators cannot realistically do alone. Searching leak sites, tube sites, Telegram channels, and social platforms every day is a full-time job on top of a full-time job.
