Finding your OnlyFans content on a site you never approved feels awful. The good news: most leaks can be removed, and you can start in the next hour. This guide walks through exactly what to do, in order, and where to send each request.
Do these 3 things in the first hour
- Don't contact the uploader. Messages rarely work, and they can push the person to repost faster or demand money.
- Save the evidence. Copy every URL, take screenshots and note the date you found each one. You need this for every notice.
- Check how far it spread. One leak is rarely in one place. A free leak scan shows where your content appears in a few minutes.
Step 1: Document everything
Every takedown request asks you to prove two things: the content is yours, and it is on their site. Before you file anything, collect:
- Proof of ownership: your OnlyFans profile link, original files with their timestamps, and the date you posted each piece.
- The infringing URLs: the exact page link for every copy, not just the site's homepage.
- Screenshots: each page with the URL and date visible.
- A simple log: a spreadsheet with the URL, site, date found, date reported and status.
That log saves hours later, especially if a site ignores you and you need to escalate.
Step 2: Find every copy
Leaks spread through tube sites, forums, file hosts, Telegram channels and social media, often within hours. To find them:
- Search Google for your stage name, your OnlyFans username, and both plus words like "leak" or "leaked".
- Search Google Images and run a reverse image search on a few of your photos. Pirates often rename files, but the images still match.
- Check the usual places: adult tube sites, leak forums, Reddit, X and Telegram.
Pirates crop watermarks and change usernames, so keyword searches miss copies. That is where reverse image search and face matching help.
Step 3: Send DMCA notices to the sites hosting it
You own the copyright to your content the moment you create it. The DMCA lets you demand that a website remove copies posted without your permission. A valid notice must include:
- A description of your original work (for example, your OnlyFans profile and the content).
- The exact URLs of the infringing copies.
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our DMCA takedown notice template covers every element, and the free DMCA notice generator fills it in for you. For more detail, see how to file a DMCA report.
One thing to know before you file yourself: many platforms share the notice, including your name, with the uploader. Some also publish notices in public databases. If privacy matters to you, a service can file under your stage name instead.
Step 4: Remove it from Google
Even when a site refuses to delete your content, Google can remove the page from its search results. Google accepts copyright removal requests for both web search and Google Images.
This matters because most people find leaks through search. A page nobody can find does far less damage. Removing a result from Google is not the same as deleting the file, though. Read why deindexed is not deleted to understand the difference.
Where to send notices, platform by platform
| Platform | Where to report | What to expect |
|---|---|---|
| Google Search and Images | Google's copyright removal request | Removes the result from search, even if the site keeps the file |
| Adult tube sites | The site's content removal or DMCA form, usually linked in the footer | Most major tube sites comply |
| Leak forums and file hosts | The site's DMCA or abuse email. If there is none, the hosting provider | Mixed. Some ignore notices, so escalate to the host and Google |
| Sites behind Cloudflare | Cloudflare's abuse form | Cloudflare doesn't host the content, but forwards your complaint to the real host |
| Reddit's copyright report form | Removes reported posts. See Reddit DMCA | |
| X (Twitter) | X's copyright report form | Removes reported posts and media. See Twitter DMCA |
| Telegram | Telegram's copyright email, [email protected] | Can remove public channels and posts. See Telegram DMCA |
Step 5: Follow up and escalate
Compliant websites usually remove content within 24-72 hours. If a site ignores you:
- Go to the host. A WHOIS lookup shows who hosts the site. Hosts have their own abuse teams.
- Go to Google. Removing the result cuts off most of the traffic, even if the file stays up.
- Keep your log. If a site keeps ignoring notices, your records are the basis for any legal step.
Some sites are built to ignore takedowns. Why some leak sites ignore DMCA takedowns explains how they work and what still gets results. If you are thinking about legal action, our leaked content lawsuit series covers what is realistic.
What doesn't work
- Messaging the uploader. It rarely gets content removed and can make things worse.
- Paying sites that promise deletion for a fee. Legitimate sites remove infringing content when they get a valid notice. Being asked to pay is a red flag.
- Reporting only to OnlyFans. OnlyFans can act on its own platform, but it can't remove copies on other websites.
- Deleting your OnlyFans account. The leaks stay online. If you have stopped creating, see how we remove OnlyFans content after you quit.
Why leaks come back
Removing a leak once is rarely the end. Pirates re-upload removed content, mirror sites copy each other, and new channels appear. That is why monitoring matters as much as the first takedown. Watermark your content, keep checking where it appears, and act fast on new copies. How leaks actually happen covers the most common sources and how to close them.
When to get help
Doing this yourself works for a handful of leaks. Once copies multiply, or keep coming back, it turns into hours of work every week.
An OnlyFans DMCA takedown service does the whole process for you: it scans for leaks around the clock, files unlimited notices under your stage name, and re-files when content reappears. With Rulta, Google usually removes results within 24 hours, and compliant websites usually remove content within 24-72 hours. We have removed 159M+ infringing URLs for 18,900+ creators. Manual vs automated takedowns explains when each approach makes sense.
FAQ
How long does it take to remove leaked OnlyFans content?
It depends on the site. Compliant websites usually remove content within 24-72 hours. Google removal is often faster. Sites that ignore notices take longer, because you need to escalate to the host or remove them from search results.
Can I remove leaked OnlyFans content without a lawyer?
Yes. The DMCA process is designed for individuals. You only need a lawyer if you decide to sue.
Will the uploader see my real name?
They might. Many platforms share DMCA notices with the uploader. If you want to stay private, a takedown service can file under your stage name.
Can I remove leaks from Telegram, Reddit and X?
Yes. Each one has its own copyright process. Use the table above to find where to report.
