Why this works differently from most trials

Why we verify you before showing the report

The total link count gets the most attention, but it's the least useful number. These three decide your plan:
How many names you use. Your current handle, the one from two years ago, the misspelling fans keep typing. Each one is a separate thing to search and a separate slot on your plan. Paying for one name while three are out there is the most common sizing mistake.

The second scan tells you more
Your first report is a snapshot of today. It can't tell an old backlog from a leak that's still spreading, because on one scan they look the same.
You can run another free scan every 30 days, and comparing your first and second reports answers that. New links on new sites mean your content is still actively being shared. The same links on the same sites mean a backlog, which is a smaller and more fixable problem than it feels like.
One scan gives you a number. Two scans give you a rate, and the rate is what you're really paying to deal with.
Who leaked it is a different question
When results could only have come from a private send, the question is who passed it on, and no scan answers that.
